GR Tools Outreach is a cold outreach tool. It finds local businesses from public listings, scores how well each one fits what you sell, prepares a first message for the channel that business can be reached on, and keeps track of your follow ups.
You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. Keep your password to yourself.
You must comply with the law that applies to you, including the rules on unsolicited commercial messages and on personal data. Do not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages.
If you connect a Gmail account, emails you choose to send go out from your address. You remain responsible for that use and for complying with Google's and Gmail's own terms. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings.
Some actions consume credits, and what each one costs is shown before you spend. Payments are handled by Stripe: card details are entered on their pages and never reach our servers. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law provides otherwise, credits already consumed are not refundable.
The Service is provided as is, without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular outreach result.
